Co-op Extends Online Opening Hours – creating extra slots earlier in the morning to help with Forgotten Lunchbox Essentials

• Co-op is creating added convenience, by extending online shopping hours before the school-run to help families avoid the stress of forgotten and emergency lunchbox items and the back-to-school scramble 
• The convenience retailer is creating 750,000 extra online slots from 7am in the morning – from more than 1,200 Co-op stores 
• Co-op is also helping shoppers’ money go further with a wide range of member deals, 3-for-2 offers and Aldi Price Match products for those lunchbox essentials, everything for making tasty home-made sandwiches along with snacks and fruit 

Co-op is coming to the rescue of parents facing the annual back-to-school scramble with extended early morning online hours before the school-run providing rapid home delivery of forgotten lunchbox or cookery class items.

Helping parents get top-marks as they prepare for the return to the classroom, Co-op is creating an additional 750,000 online slots per annum from 7am in the morning providing quick and convenient home delivery in as little as 60 minutes or less.

The earlier slots are available via Co-op’s own online shop – shop.coop.co.uk – and, through its partner platforms Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo, with more than 1,200 participating local stores across the UK.

With Co-op’s stores open online earlier than usual, the convenience retailer is also focussed on making money go further with a wide range of member price savings, deals and promotions, 3-for-2 offers, along with Aldi Price Match products for those lunchbox essentials, including everything for making tasty home-made sandwiches along with snacks and fruit.
