GOOD PHATS, the exciting brand that’s redefining the fats category, today confirms the addition of four new flavoured finishing oils; Chilli, Lemon, Garlic and Basil. Made using GOOD PHATS premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and presented in the brand’s signature squeezy bottle, the premium range will be launching nationwide from July on goodphats.com (RRP: £9.99 /250ml).  It will also be available to independents via wholesalers over the coming months. 

Unlike traditional flavoured oils, GOOD PHATS oils are co-pressed with fresh ingredients at source.  Whole lemons, chillies, garlic & basil are crushed together with the olives during the pressing process, delivering a more authentic and intense flavour profile compared to oils where flavourings are added post-production.

Designed to elevate everyday cooking, each oil includes tasting notes and serving suggestions:

  • Chilli pressed with Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Use for drizzling over pizza & eggs, finishing eggs
  • Lemon pressed with Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Use for dressing vegetables, finishing meats & salads
  • Garlic pressed with Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Use for gentle cooking, finishing meats & vegetables
  • Basil pressed with Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil –  Use for dressing tomatoes, finishing meats & salads
