With premium tequila showing strong growth, drinks distributor Hi-Spirits is introducing Corazón Tequila to the UK market. A four-strong range is now available to the on-trade and off-trade. Latest figures from Nielsen show tequila sales grew by 3.9% in value in Britain in the year to June 2018, with premium brands performing even more strongly as consumers continue to seek out spirits with craft and artisan credentials. The Corazón brand owner is Sazerac, whose portfolio also includes Southern Comfort, Buffalo Trace, Fireball and Paddy Whiskey.
