New products, the V-Crate and the A-Crate, are to be launched by leading plastics supplier Exporta Global, following on from the success of its F-Crate™ range.
Much like the F-Crate which has an industry leading low folding height, the V-Crate and A-Crate also offer benefits including orientation identification and strong bale arms.
Both products are made from food grade plastics, making them suited for the food manufacturing industry as well as light industrial usage.
Vented sides and the ability to steam clean the crates also make the V-crate suitable for the storage or transportation of fresh food produce. Additionally, depending on user requirements, the V-Crate can be either stacked or nested, with a 50 per cent nesting ratio.
Different colours help identify crate orientation, eliminating the possibility of confusion when stacking or nesting.
The A-Crate features bale arms to a strength of five times the displayed weight limit, allowing users to stack crates easily without fear of damaging the produce inside. When the arms are folded away the crates nest and store neatly.
