Famed for its award-winning chutneys, pickles and sauces, gourmet Indian food specialist Geeta's is spicing up its range with the launch of its new Cardamom Korma Spice & Stir cooking sauce.
A sumptuous combination of double cream, coconut, cloves, almonds, cashews and green cardamoms, Geeta's new Cardamom Korma Spice & Stir is the latest addition to Geeta's growing range of luxurious Spice & Stir premium cooking sauces.
Also available are Pudina Tikka, Dhansak, Saag, Karai Bhuna, Rogan Josh and Jalfrezi, as well as the recently launched Dopiaza and Madras varieties, bringing the total number of cooking sauces in Geeta's Spice & Stir range to nine.
"With their subtle taste and intensely aromatic fragrance, cardamoms work wonderfully with the delicate yet rich flavours of Korma dishes, which originate from Northern India," says Geeta Samtani, creator of Geeta's Foods, who has a passion for recapturing the authentic taste of India and visits India regularly seeking inspiration for new ideas and flavours.
Inspired by popular Indian dishes and given an authentic twist by Geeta's own blend of freshly ground spices, Geeta's cleverly-packaged Spice & Stir two-step cooking sauces are much favoured by aficionados of Indian food who want to spice up their home cooking and recreate authentic dishes of restaurant quality at home.
For a more authentic flavour and taste, the sauce is contained in the jar with a special blend of fragrant spices in a separate sealed cap on top. In keeping with Indian cooking traditions, the spices are used first and stirred with other ingredients with the sauce added last.

In keeping with Indian cooking traditions, the spices are used first and stirred with other ingredients with the sauce added last. The result is a far more intense and aromatic flavour.
Everything in Geeta's range is developed by Geeta Samtani herself, who uses only the finest natural ingredients and spices with no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives. As with all Geeta's foods, Spice & Stir Sauces are made to the highest standards. Time is spent blending spices to perfection, never compromising on the quality. It is the authenticity and premium quality of the flavours that sets Geeta's apart from other brands in this sector.
