Nutrition Point unveils new all purpose facility
Nutrition Point is toasting the opening of its new all purpose facility in Warrington by hosting a party with a difference.
The UK market leader is laying on a special gluten and wheat free buffet for guests including a three tier profiterole cake.
Over eighty people will be attending with people flying in from as far as Italy. Ulrich Ladurner, head of the Dr SchŠr Group, the European market leaders, plus several of his team, will be present to join in Nutrition Point's success.
Nutrition Point has made two new hires, home economist Gill Marczak and dietician Melissa Wilson, as part of its latest growth. Both will be on hand to offer expert advice for those who choose to follow a gluten and wheat free diet.
The purpose-built offices contain a lab for initial product testing and a contemporary kitchen, fully equipped for wheat and gluten free cooking and demonstrations.
Chris Hook, managing director at Nutrition Point, commented: "The office opening is an excellent chance for guests to come and celebrate our on-going success in the free from market.
"Our new facility means we now have even more to offer and we hope to continue developing tasty, convenient foods to suit our customers' lifestyles."
Nutrition Point was established in 1998 and has grown to achieve a forecasted turnover of £23m for 2007. It is the UK's market leader in the fast growing wheat and gluten free foods market and now has over 30 products in major supermarkets nationwide.
The company aims to improve the choice and quality of products for people with special dietary requirements Ð in particular coeliac disease, wheat intolerance and dermatitus herpetiformis.
