Graduate Scheme Fills Key Position!

Adding a new dimension to Redditch-based supply chain specialists Oakland International, Pete Vaughan is responsible for Business Development and was recruited via the Graduate Advantage training programme. Oakland’s Managing Director, Dean Attwell, said of the appointment: "The move to work with Graduate Advantage is hoped to bring new and fresh management ideas to Oakland's rapidly expanding operation. The role will encompass the company's existing commercial business projects, as well as spearheading the drive into new projects." Holding both Honours and Masters degrees in Business, Pete also achieved a number of business related qualifications, in supermarket management, prior to joining Oakland. Part of Pete's new role will support and develop ongoing business projects for chilled, ambient and frozen food consolidation, as well as developing the home delivery service for chilled and frozen food samples.
