Leading Coconut Water brand ZICO is launching in a new ‘not from concentrate’ 1 litre format to add to it’s existing portfolio, on the back of growing demand from consumers for a not from concentrate product offering.
ZICO Coconut Water, which is hugely popular in the USA, carries all of the replenishing benefits of coconut water, is low in calories (just 20 calories per 100ml), gluten free and a source of magnesium, potassium and other essential electrolytes.
Available in a 1 litre resealable tetra format, ZICO Coconut Water Not from Concentrate will have a RRP of £3.39 and has been listed in key national accounts since March 2014. This product will join the extensive ZICO portfolio, which already includes a 400ml original, mango and chocolate variety as well as a 900ml original and chocolate product. The launch will be supported in store, with further marketing and PR activity to follow.
Continuing the #TheEverydayActive campaign from 2013, ZICO Coconut Water will be supported throughout 2014 with a shopper marketing campaign, as well as PR, Social Media, Events, ATL and OOH sampling activity during the summer.
Earlier this year, ZICO ran their ‘Jog On January’ ATL campaign encouraging consumers to stick to their New Year’s Resolutions and power through with ZICO. This was the largest ever outdoor campaign for the brand.
ZICO’S high profile marketing initiative, #TheEverydayActive, was fronted by British singer-songwriter Jessie Ware in 2013 and kicked off an ongoing programme to inspire the nation to carry out every day healthy activities, such as walking to work, to improve their overall health and fitness.
