Leading contract cleaner adds waste management and baling to service.
Three years after winning a competitive tender to clean grade II listed shopping centre, Dockside in Kent’s Chatham Docks, the UK’s leading independent contract cleaning specialist, TC, has been awarded the contract for a further three years.
The contract entails general daily cleaning of the shopping malls, toilets, eating areas and service yards, plus periodic cleaning of the escalators and scenic lifts.
In addition, TC has also incorporated a waste management and baling service into its offering at Dockside, compacting and bundling waste products to further ease disposal.
Contracts Manager at the Dockside Outlet Centre, Ray Curran, comments: “We awarded the contract to TC in 2007, based on its proven track record within the retail and leisure markets and its obvious understanding of our high expectations. Three years down the line the company has not only lived up to but exceeded those expectations, and we are more than happy for TC to continue working with us.”
