hot-smoked-troutScotland’s best known fish smoker and curer, Arbroath based RR Spink, is achieving huge success with its super premium selection of hot smoked salmon and trout products.

Thinly sliced, the fish is presented in attractive black trays which have been skin-packed to generate greater eye appeal than vacuum-packed alternatives.

Spinks draws it rainbow trout from the Dawnfresh Seafoods group, of which it is now a part, thus generating control from egg to pack. Its salmon is drawn from carefully selected Scottish fish farmers.

The smoked salmon and trout are available both chilled and frozen in 300 and 400g packs.

The smaller pack is sufficient for four main course meal centres or eight starters.
