Rustlers, the number one brand in Europe for proper flame grilled burgers that are quick to prepare, has announced a deal with the Football Association of Ireland which will see the brand become an Official Sponsor of the Republic of Ireland team.
In addition to becoming an Official Sponsor of the Irish Soccer Team, RUSTLERS, owned by Kepak, will also be the new title sponsor of the Colleges and Universities Competitions to be re-launched in September 2017.
The new four-year deal will see Rustlers supporting Ireland’s football heroes, both at international & college level, up to the Summer of 2021 and marks the first major sponsorship deal for the brand.
Commenting on the announcement, Adrian Lawlor, Marketing and Business Development Director – Kepak, said:“This is a really exciting move for us at Kepak. The Rustlers brand has been a great Irish success story and we hope to build on that success with our partners in the FAI and the Republic of Ireland team.
“A key part of this sponsorship will be our support for the Third Level Competitions, under the guidance of the IUFU, CFAI and WSCAI. Plans are in place to work with the FAI to grow both participation of players and fun engagement for football supporters around those competitions, which are an important pillar of football development in Ireland.”

“What is most pleasing about this link up is that Rustlers will focus heavily on the Colleges and Universities competitions, which for many years now the IUFU, CFAI and WSCAI have played an important part in our footballing development. Their competitions have helped to produce many players for both the SSE Airtricity League and Continental Tyres Women’s National League.”
