PizzaExpress, the nation’s best-loved pizza brand, is set to build on its already extensive dressings range.
The successful Leggera ‘lighter’* range will expand to offer four new innovative flavours, each containing at least 30% less saturated fat*. The exciting additions include an Avocado Dressing which is a first to market; the creamy dressing is versatile and will compliment salads. The Pomegranate and Balsamic Dressing is a refreshing alternative to traditional balsamic vinegar, and the range also includes two fat-free options: the classic Vinaigrette offers a lighter* option that delivers on taste, whilst the Chilli and Garlic flavour responds to consumer desire for a spicy dressing.
Following the launch of the retail Vegan Giardiniera Pizza last September, the brand has also expanded its vegan-friendly range to include the Vegan House Light Dressing. This has been carefully crafted to replicate the classic House Light Dressing, an iconic product which has long-since been served in PizzaExpress restaurants, and has also been voted Britain’s number one branded salad dressing**.
The new additions take PizzaExpress’ total number of dressings in the retail range to nine. The extensive offerings play to a range of consumer tastes, and include the restaurant classic House Dressing, as well as a Caesar Dressing.

The range starts at RRP £1.50 per dressing, and will be available from April.
