A survey of 10,637 shoppers by Product of the Year, rating the best products of 2018, has voted Ocean Spray Whole Berry™ as the best and most innovation drink to hit supermarket shelves in the past twelve months. The accolade was announced at an awards ceremony at the Sheraton Grand hotel on Park Lane, London (Thursday 26 January).
Ocean Spray Whole Berry, a range of two multi-serve juice drinks with a unique nutrition proposition of whole cranberry fruit with no added sugar, was launched by leading ambient juice and juice drink brand Ocean Spray® in 2017. Currently available in Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Asda, Co-Op and Booths (850ml, RRP £2.99), Whole Berry is aimed at the health conscious and foody shopper who is after authenticity and wholesomeness of ingredients. The juice drink contains 40 whole crushed cranberries in every 200ml serving, delivering maximum nutrition to consumers.
The prestigious Product of the Year awards event was attended by some of the biggest players in the manufacturing industry including Unilever, Mars, Diageo and Procter & Gamble, and saw winners crowned in 50 categories including the healthy food category, beauty masks category and household appliances.
