This time we’ve have completely changed the way we make granola, baking the oats with coconut oil and pear juice before adding ginger, turmeric and crunchy pumpkin and sunflower seeds. It’s naturally sweet but with just the perfect amount of turmeric and ginger heat to warm you up from the inside out. Sweetening it with pear juice instead of honey also makes it our first vegan friendly granola.
How we like it:
Ginger and Turmeric granola is so much more than a cereal. Use it as a topping for yogurt or kefir, add a small bowl full to your cheeseboard or sprinkle it on stewed berries or mango to turn it into an instant crumble.
