Pioneering fresh food company New Covent Garden is celebrating the start of spring with its April Soup of the Month – Spring Vegetable and Pesto.
New Covent Garden’s latest Soup of the Month features vibrant green peas, leeks and fresh spinach, with an addition of a nut free basil pesto.
“We have created this light, fresh soup using ingredients that will reflect the turn of seasons and herald the arrival of spring. With the subtle hint of basil pesto, this soup will offer a new taste experience from the fresh soup fixture and help to maintain New Covent Garden’s very strong performance within the category,” says Nick Munby, New Covent Garden Food Co’s Senior Brand Manager.
The 600g Spring Vegetable and Pesto soup provides two servings, has an rrp of £1.99 and is packed in outers of 6.
