National Flexible have recently been appointed to provide the latest packaging for a new range of pre-packed confectionery launched for sale in selected retail outlets throughout the UK.
Produced by Harrogate-based The Serious Sweet Co, the packs needed to have instant stand-out and shelf-appeal as part of a high-visibility premium range.
National Flexible produced a bespoke printed laminate used to create the quad-style packs. The inner layer of the laminate makes use of an ‘easy-peel’ sealing layer to improve the end-consumers handling and opening of the packs.
“Specialist bespoke laminates can often mean a lengthy lead time as the materials are made to order. We offer all of our customers the opportunity to benefit from reducing those lead times to only a matter of days by making use of our free stock-holding capabilities,” said National Flexible’s Marketing Manager – Andy Smith.
