Food-to-go venues are often short of space front-of-house, so operators are increasingly looking for ways to offer a range of tasty Grab & Go menu items on a small footprint. As well as being compact, the display equipment needs to hold foods at safe temperatures, without deterioration, and show it off to its best advantage.
