Pladis has revealed the festive range from Britain’s biggest biscuit brand1, McVitie’s, backed by the 2019 Christmas campaign ‘Merry Biscuits Everyone.’

The McVitie’s 2019 Christmas selection taps into the enduring popularity of giftable tins and sharing formats, comprising consumer favourites such as McVitie’s Victoria, McVitie’s Family Circle, McVitie’s Jaffa Cakes Christmas Pole, and McVitie’s Jaffa Cakes Christmas Tin. McVitie’s has also added some new products for 2019 to drive excitement around alternative consumption occasions. NPD includes McVitie’s Gingerbread Men Decorating Kit and McVitie’s Luxury Chocolate Biscuit Selection.

Putting the fun into the festive season, the brand-new for 2019 McVitie’s Mini Gingerbread Men Decorating Kit will bring festive cheer to the young and the young-at-heart. Using five packs of Gingerbread Men and two icing pens, shoppers can get creative with their own personalised designs, all at an RSP of £2.

Another brand-new for 2019 launch is McVitie’s Luxury Chocolate Biscuit Selection, the brand’s most premium Christmas product yet. Comprising 24 delicious, fully-coated chocolate biscuits with milk, dark and white chocolate options, the assortment makes the perfect gift for biscuit lovers and chocoholics. With luxurious festive packaging that will ensure on shelf stand-out, McVitie’s Luxury Chocolate Biscuit selection is available in a 400g box at an RSP of £10.

McVitie’s Victoria biscuit selection, the number one premium assortment,3 is back for another year, packed with chocolate coated and uncoated indulgent biscuits, including McVitie’s favourites such as the Fully Coated Chocolate Digestive and Milk Chocolate Shortcake. McVitie’s Victoria is available in 100g (RSP: £1), 300g (RSP: £5), 825g (RSP: £11) and 550g (RSP: £8) boxes.

McVitie’s Family Circle, the number one everyday assortment brand3, offers shoppers an everyday selection of biscuits for the whole family. This year, the assortment is available in 360g (RSP: £3) and 900g (RSP: £8) and 620g (RSP: £6) boxes.

The McVitie’s Jaffa Cakes Christmas Pole (40 Jaffa Cakes, RSP: £6) is expected to remain a key player, while the returning McVitie’s Jaffa Cakes Christmas Tin (292g, RSP: £10), shaped as a larger-than-life Jaffa Cake will build momentum for the £42 million4 brand over the 2019 festive season.
