Available as an option across the Fresh and Rfresh ranges for PP and PET trays, the uniquely patented padless base removes the cost of placing a pad in every pack. Meat packers and retailers can have confidence in the trays which retain the market’s highest drip volume within its specially designed base.
The secret to the polypropylene and PET tray designs lies in special absorbent rivets found in the bottom of the tray that lock in the juices. An alternative design uses divets with specially designed recessed rings to collect the juices.
The trays high absorbency removes the excess drip and any accompanying bacteria, further extending shelf life and giving a fresh clean product without the use of unsightly pads.
