Two more suites will be opened before the end of 2013 in Pravia, Spain and Pontivy, France.
The suites offer contemporary surroundings for small conferences, workshops and meetings for both LINPAC and other companies wishing to use the facilities. Examples of LINPAC’s products are on display enabling demonstrations and more in-depth discussions.
The multi-material food packaging company is opening the suites as part of its Fresh Thinking Innovation strategy which launched in autumn 2011 and sees the company creating new opportunities to strengthen relationships with customers, partners, Government and Non-Government Organisations through better engagement and consultation.
LINPAC Packaging has already opened the doors to the Featherstone suite to TOTAL Petrochemicals, one of its raw material suppliers, and customer, VION Food Group.
Jo Stephenson, Vice President Marketing & Innovation at LINPAC Packaging, said: “These suites signify our drive to develop closer relationships between retailers, packers, brand owners and suppliers. They offer a contemporary location, at our manufacturing sites, to meet for workshops and business meetings while surrounded by examples of LINPAC Packaging’s products and the chance to see our manufacturing processes on site.
“During the second half of 2012 the suites will be used to host a series of Fresh! innovation workshops for customers and suppliers which will consider industry trends and what they mean to our industry, LINPAC Packaging and our future.”
