Jamaica Sun Traditional Jerk Seasoning recently won Gold at the 2010 Great Taste confirming its authentic quality within the category. It is made from an authentic blend of natural ingredients and formulated to give the flavour and aroma originally achieved by the Arawark Indians.
The original recipe was successfully revised over 18 months ago and was deemed to be top of its class, demonstrating the right balance of peppery spice and authentic home-style flavours.
Our Jamaica Sun BBQ range, which includes the Traditional Jerk seasoning, has consistently scored well amongst consumers at sampling occasions in key events like BBC Good Food Show and are widely used by leading Caribbean chefs and caterers.
