Famous family brands fuse to make fruitilicious Combination

The result is the first ever branded Chupa Chups filled lollipop with a chewy Fruittella centre made with natural fruit flavours and colours. Hitting the shelves in August, Chupa Chups Friuttella, will be available in the nation’s favourite flavour, Strawberry and are sure to be a hit with children looking for an after school treat.

Chupa Chups and Fruittella’s market share has been on the increase by 21% and 24% respectively, outperforming the kids confectionery market which is growing at 2.8%. By fusing both their best selling brands Perfetti van Melle hopes to see this trend continue.The launch will be supported by a series of national promotions targeting over 3 million kids, teenagers and parents. The Chupa Chups Summer tour, an outdoor experiential campaign featuring the Chupa Bus and Chupa Chicks, will be visiting large scale family events throughout the summer. In addition, there will be another chance to try Chupa Chups Fruittella with a series of cover-mounts on kids magazines creating further awareness and demand.

Chupa Chups Fruittella is available to purchase in family sized bags perfect for that night in watching a movie or a family trip in the car. Individual lollipops can be purchased from the Chupa Chups Fruittella cap and Flag tube containing 100 lollipops are a bar-coded version is available containing 50 bar-coded lollipops.
