Evexia Thrive stormed onto the UK market to meet consumer demand for gluten free products

Evexia Thrive have emerged onto the UK food scene offering shoppers a new range of fresh filled and unfilled gluten free pastas due to the growing demand for gluten free produce.

With Coeliac disease affecting at least 1 in 100 people in the UK and in Europe and a significant increase in consumers opting to reduce or cut out gluten from their diet completely, retailers have stepped up their gluten free offering both in-store and online.

“Having carried out extensive research and forecasting into 2017 trends, we decided to create a range of new filled and unfilled gluten free pastas that would allow consumers the freedom to cook their favourite pasta dishes. The new brand launched into over 300 Sainsbury’s stores at the end of September this year, and will launch into other leading retailers in the New Year.

Evexia Thrive introduced four new product SKUs to the market including two unfilled and two filled gluten free pastas: Gluten Free Penne, Gluten Free Chickpea Fusilli, Gluten Free Spinach and Ricotta Tortelloni and Gluten Free Tomato and Mozzarella Tortelloni. The range is suitable for coeliac, vegans and vegetarians with certain products in the range being free from eggs and a source of protein and fibre.
