Ambitious e-cigarette brand ONE-LITE has secured an exclusive deal for its range of high quality e-liquids to be sold at newsagents in London’s Canary Wharf.

One-Lite---News-on-the-Wharf-1.15NEWS on the WHARF is selling a range of flavours of ONE-LITE e-liquids, plus its Ego units and clearomisers, at its six stores across the world famous business district.

Owned by Peter Wagg, NEWS on the WHARF is a group of specialist newsagents dedicated to serving the needs of Canary Wharf and the surrounding communities. With six stores strategically located throughout the estate, the company is uniquely placed to offer customers access to its products and services.

He said: “As always, NEWS on the WHARF is committed to providing the best possible service and widest possible for the entire Canary Wharf working population. With the addition of ONE-LITE’s excellent range of e-cigarettes and e-liquids, we are providing our customers access to high quality products which are growing in popularity.”

The deal is another major step forward for Birmingham-based ONE-LITE – a company owned and managed by a team of doctors – which has developed a product range using its own laboratories and a nicotine solution sourced and produced in the UK.

ONE-LITE director Dr Aman Singh said: “This is fantastic news for everyone at ONE-LITE as we continue to raise our profile and increase our sales right across the UK. Canary Wharf is an iconic location and to have an exclusive deal with the only chain of newsagents in the area represents a very exciting opportunity. The early signs are extremely encouraging and we are looking forward to building a very successful partnership with Peter and his team.”

Canary Wharf is a major business district located in Tower Hamlets, London. It is one of the UK’s two main financial centres – along with the traditional City of London. With around 14,000,000 sq ft of office and retail space, and 105,000 workers, it is home to the world or European headquarters of numerous major banks, professional services firms and media organisations.

Millions of smokers in the UK and across the world are switching to electronic cigarettes, which contain none of the 4,000 toxins and carcinogens found in tobacco cigarettes that cause lung cancer and other deadly illnesses. E-cigarette companies, including ONE LITE, believe the reduction in tobacco usage will have an enormous beneficial effect on the health of millions of smokers and substantially reduce the strain on the National Health Service.

Dr Singh added: “Here at ONE-LITE, we’re proud that ours is the only e-cigarette developed with doctors. We differ from other brands by ensuring our products are produced within our UK-based laboratories using only pharmaceutical grade nicotine and food grade flavouring. Each and every batch is fully tested for quality and purity to ensure it meets our standards prior to it being signed off and released for consumer use.”

Peter Wagg has been a leading light in the publishing industry for over 30 years and has served on numerous national and industry regulatory bodies including; Founding Chairman of Homelink, a national network of delivering newsagents, President of the NFRN, the Newsagents Federation, Chairman of JIG, the newspaper and magazine industry regulatory group and he was the first retailer to receive the lifetime achievement award of the Publisher’s Association. Peter is also a board member of the Association of News Retailers and Chairman of NFRN Mutual Ltd.,

Dr Singh is a qualified medical doctor whose brother Dr Gurdeep Singh, a GP, is also a director of the company. They have seen first-hand the severe health consequences of smoking tobacco.
