Designed to make life easier for convenience and supermarket retailers, DCI Refrigeration’s range of high performance, all-in-one packaged refrigeration units are not only quick to install but also address key issues for retailers such as planning restrictions, noise levels and sustainability.
The award-winning refrigeration and air conditioning company has drawn on over 20 years’ expertise in the retail market to create three units – the MPCU, X25 and IPRB, all of which offer complete solutions for high, medium and low temperature applications and come pre-wired, pre-tested and pre-commissioned for fast, easy site setup. Units are available in all RAL colours and with extra sound attenuation options, making them highly unobtrusive solutions for urban environments.
The X25 is a through-wall unit, ideal for applications where space is unavailable for conventional refrigeration and air conditioning plant.
The MPCU locates against external walls and has a maximum depth of only one metre. Available with two, three or four fans, it has a fully treated acoustic compressor deck and can utilise a range of HFC refrigerants.
The IPRB (Integrated Plant and Receiver Box) is an acoustic compliant housing for up to six scroll compressors and incorporates a liquid receiver and integrated control panel for both compressors and condenser fans.
Launched at a recent trade show, the units have been receiving positive reaction to both their capabilities and the fact that they are UK manufactured.
