CoSaf Environments, the UK’s exclusive distributor of the award winning Breezair Evaporative Cooling System, will be exhibiting full range of Breezair coolers on Stand Z360 in Hall 17 at FoodEx MeatEx being held at the NEC Birmingham from 6th to 9th April. The environmentally friendly Breezair is economic to install, cost effective to run, and in addition to consuming a lot less energy than conventional air conditioning systems, enables doors and windows to be left open. Because a constant natural flow of 100% fresh air is drawn into the building and then expelled, odours, germs and airborne contaminants are removed and not recirculated around the building.

An automatic drain valve keeps the system clean and is pre-programmed to automatically drain stale water from the reservoir and replace it with fresh. When the system is not in use the valve will automatically empty the water reservoir, leaving it clean and dry. At the same time a seal will close off the air conditioning ducts to stop dust and odours entering the building, minimising heat loss and preventing cold draughts.
An innovatively designed, aerodynamic fan provides a constant, even flow of air over the pads to provide a welcome cool breeze with minimal noise and low energy consumption. Other pioneering components include a highly efficient water pump that guarantees constant and reliable cooling when most needed, and a long lasting variable speed motor that gives maximum comfort level control.
The Breezair’s wall-mounted climate control panel has four different control modes. In Auto mode the system monitors the temperature and personal comfort setting, automatically increasing or decreasing the fan speed to maintain comfort. The fan speed can be varied manually in Manual mode and the system can be programmed in Timer mode to be switched on and off within a 24 hour period. Fan mode gives the simple choice of operating the system as a ventilator. A more versatile Industrial Wall Control is available for industrial projects that gives a much wider range of popular features for factories and large projects.
