Your investment journey in Canada starts with Immediate Core

Between the rugged north Cornish coast and the windswept granite backbone of the county hides a triangle of lush green pasture land loved by dairy cows – here lies Callestick Farm, home to Cornwall’s most delicious ice-cream.

Cherry[1]Generations of the Parker family have farmed at Callestick and for the last twenty five years the milk produced by the farm’s pedigree Friesians has been pumped directly from the milking parlour into the ice-cream factory. Lashings of Cornish cream and the best fruits and confectionery are then added to create over thirty different award winning flavours. Also, the farm’s own spring water is turned into fifteen equally delicious sorbets.

Callestick Farm offer flavours to tempt all in their extensive range of catering tubs – including the ‘flagship’ Clotted Cream Vanilla with Madagascan bourbon bean, other Cornish classics such as Clotted Cream and Fudge and Cornish Sea Salted Caramel as well as the more unusual and zingy Lemon Curd or Butterscotch & Pecan. In the retail range, there are ten choices in the 500ml tub and seven in the 125ml Theatre Tub – perfect for all the family and all too good to miss! The Clotted Cream & Bourbon Vanilla is so tasty on its own or to accompany a dessert, Chunky Stem ginger spicy and cool or a taste surprise in the trad Apple Pie. Callestick Farm Ice Cream is available in a huge range of flavours, sizes and price points to suit every retailer and caterer.

Ice cream lovers are becoming more and more interested in the origins of the products they choose. Foods that have a sense of place or that come with a story are in demand as never before, and for this reason, Cornish produce is creating a real stir in shops and on menus across the UK.

Callestick Farm was the first ice cream to be awarded Red Tractor status recognising excellent animal welfare and land management. Small fields with wide margins and ancient Cornish hedges provide habitat for insects, small mammals and ground-nesting birds and the whole operation is geared to having the least possible impact on the environment.

Callestick Farm have achieved the Higher Level BRC status, widely considered the benchmark for best practice in the food industry, since 2006 and currently hold an ‘A’ grade.
