Encona Sauces are giving retailers the chance to capitalise on the BBQ season – and a feast of football this summer – with limited edition Brazilian BBQ Sauce.
The 142ml variant (rrp £1.59) of the UK’s number one hot pepper sauce* features a blend of tomatoes, herbs and spices, creating a sweet, spicy sauce that’s ideal for the BBQ season.
“The BBQ season is upon us and retailers will be looking for sauces that enable their shoppers to spice-up the BBQ experience as they entertain family and friends,” says Encona Sauces’ Brand Manager Lisa Leung.
“Encona Sauces are already widely used at BBQs, either as marinades, dipping or pour-on sauces, and the limited edition Brazilian BBQ variant is an ideal sauce to showcase in-store as part of a dedicated BBQ fixture or as a multi-buy deal with other BBQ essentials.”
Leung advises retailers to be prepared for sunny spells which prompt people to turn quickly to the BBQ.
“Our advice is simple: think about which combination of BBQ products you want to showcase, merchandise them together in a high-traffic flow area and signpost them accordingly,” she says.
Encona Sauces ‘Brazilian’ style BBQ Sauce will also enable depots to capitalise on interest in ‘all things Brazilian’ this summer. Its launch coincides with a seven month Encona Sauces’ TV campaign that will reach over 20 million people, generating highest ever levels of awareness for Encona.
