Belvoir shares good times with consumers

Premium adult soft drink producer, Belvoir Fruit Farms is launching a new on pack promotion giving consumers the chance to share good times, and to feel good about doing it!

The promotion will run across all 75cl bottles of Elderflower Pressé, Light Elderflower Pressé and 50cl bottles of Elderflower Cordial – around 400,000 bottles in total. Each bottle wears a collar that carries a unique code inside and which people enter on a microsite www.flavourofsummer.co.uk. Here it will be revealed if they have won one of a range of prizes designed for sharing and having a good time with loved ones including: glamping and campervan weekends, family membership of the National Trust, weekend tasting stays in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir, a supply of Belvoir drinks or pitcher and tumbler sets.

However, there’s a catch – anyone who wins a prize has a conscience searching decision to make. They have the option of either keeping the prize, or to make an equivalent value donation to Belvoir’s two selected charities, CHICKS children’s charity and the British Beekeepers Association instead.

We know that on-pack promotions work for us, driving trial and repeat purchase but we wanted to do something a bit different. Offering desirable prizes that are ideal for sharing was obvious, but we believe Belvoir consumers are generous and many of them will choose to donate to charity instead. We hope to raise significant sums for CHICKS, a fantastic charity that provides holidays for disadvantaged children and the British Beekeepers Association because bees and nature are so important to our business.”
