The International Food and Drink Event (IFE) returned to London’s ExCeL on 22-25 March with a bang. With record numbers of visitor and exhibitors from all over the world; it proved that IFE really is the place to be for the best in food and drink.
IFE 2015 saw an abundance of familiar faces from previous shows, but also welcomed plenty of new exhibitors and guests. Food and drink innovation was a top discussion topic, with clear emerging trends that are set to hit the market from 2015 onwards.
Chris McCuin, IFE Director, said: “I’m very pleased to see that our hard work has paid off. The feedback that we’ve received from exhibitors and visitors is so positive, which shows that we’re doing it right! Every day of the exhibition had a fantastic buzz about it, exhibitors were excited to be there and visitors were thrilled with the diversity and scope of the event. Needless to say, we are delighted with the success of IFE 2015, and are now looking forward to IFE 2017!”
The next International Food and drink Exhibition will be 19-22nd March 2017.
Co-located with Pro2Pac and Waste-Works, IFE took place at London ExCeL between 22 – 25 March 2015 and was organised by Fresh Montgomery.
