However, with the increase in demand for ‘Grab and Go’ service, Williams has upgraded its popular Multideck range with a variety of new, attractive features and options, including sliding front doors, a choice of stainless steel colour finishes and robust LED strip lighting.
The new front sliding doors can reduce energy consumption by up to 50% compared to other traditional open commercial chillers. The doors themselves are smooth operating and self-closing, allowing easy access, while guaranteeing uniform temperatures. Items are kept fresh and remain easily visible to customers. Panoramic tempered glass sides and shelves offer superb all round visibility.
The Multideck’s locking double wheel castors make it easy for staff to reposition if required, while the unit’s shelving is adjustable to suit the merchandise on display. For smaller cafes and restaurants the Multideck Slimline R Series is ideal, while for larger venues, such as self-service restaurants and canteens, the standard M Series offers over 32 cubic litres capacity.
To reduce energy consumption further and improve product presentation, Williams has introduced energy-saving LED strip-lighting as a standard feature across the entire Multideck range. The LED strips are replaceable and protected from knocks, reducing the risk of accidental damage.
Also new to the Gem Multideck range is a choice of coloured finishes to suit the surrounding décor. Meanwhile the optional rear loading doors provide easy access for quick restocking of merchandise.
